At Port A H20 we offer on site instruction and free delivery to take the stress out of your first paddle. Simply make a reservation and show up to a free lesson and expert instruction. We will go out on the water with any group or individual not completely comfortable at your request.

The marina and canal paddles are great for beginners because of the calm water and minimal wind. We recommend starting in the marina or canal paddle to get some board time for beginners. Also a great paddle for experienced SUP paddlers to cruise and check things out.

Every stand up paddle board session begins with a brief discussion of technique, safety, and theory. For beginners, we take the time to show you the basics of stand up paddle boarding such as proper paddle stroke and turning. After we have answered any questions you have you are free to go explore on your own. This is a unique service we offer to take the stress out of learning to SUP. For anyone still not feeling completely comfortable we will go out on the water with you and offer instruction as needed at your request.
